Mr. Burke graduated from the United States Military Academy with a B.S. in Political Science in 1991. Thereafter, he served as a tank platoon leader in Cavalry Regiments in Germany and Louisiana. After leaving the Army, he worked as the business manager for a mid-size radiology practice in northern New Jersey while pursuing his law degree at night at Rutgers University School of Law in Newark. After receiving his law degree in 2000, Mr. Burke immediately began his career in the defense of medical malpractice matters.

Mr. Burke joined ARFD in 2001 and specializes in medical malpractice and automotive products liability claims.
