Ms. Scheiner, associated with the firm since 2006, concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Scheiner handles all aspects of litigation from inception through pretrial hearings, and assists with all phases of trials.

Ms. Scheiner is a 2004 graduate of California Western School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biochemical Pharmacology, with a minor in Philosophy of Law, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2002.  In 2009, Ms. Scheiner furthered her education by obtaining an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she honed her courtroom skills via mock trials.

Ms. Scheiner is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Courts of New Jersey.
