Adam P. Grogan, Associate

Adam Grogan is a 2016 graduate of Albany Law School, having received a Founder’s Scholarship, the Equality and Justice Scholarship, The Patrick B. McNamara Labor Law Award, and the Martin H. Belsky Prize for commitment to public service. While in law school, he served as the director of the LGBT Pro Bono Society, and won the Dominick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. He has previously clerked for the New York State Division of Human Rights and the National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Grogan began his legal career working in both Labor and Employment law, and Education law, advising employers on the complicated issues involved in each and representing them both in front of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Division of Human Rights. Here at Aaronson Rappaport, his practice is focused on Medical Malpractice defense and Labor and Employment.

Mr. Grogan is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the National LGBT Bar Association, and the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York.
