Amanda B. Zifchak, Associate
Amanda B. Zifchak received her J.D. in 2012 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor on the Moot Court Board, a member of the International Law Journal, and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, magna cum laude, for over 500 hours of pro bono work. After graduation, Ms. Zifchak worked as the Dean’s Fellow in Fordham’s Federal Litigation Clinic, where she supervised and trained legal interns and assisted in the representation of plaintiffs in Title VII and prisoners’ civil rights lawsuits, as well as criminal defendants in federal prosecutions.
Since joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Zifchak has focused on defending complex, high exposure medical malpractice matters on behalf of several New York area hospital systems and medical practices. She is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
