Anais C. Holland-Rudd, Associate
Anais C. Holland-Rudd received her B.A. from Baruch College in Political Science, with a minor in Law and Policy. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. At Loyola, Anais was a research assistant, a member of the Journal of Regulatory Compliance and a Student Fellow of the Institute of Consumer Antitrust Studies. She was also a member and captain of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team.
After law school, Anais worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. She has successfully litigated numerous suppression hearings and multiple jury trials to verdict. She also presented multiple cases before the grand jury.
At Aaronson Rappaport, Anais dedicates her practice to asbestos litigation. She is admitted to practice in the Courts of the States of New York, New Jersey, and Maryland, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
