Charles L. Slamowitz, Associate
Charles L. Slamowitz earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Queens College, City University of New York in 2012 and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2016. He has experience in complex civil litigation, emerging companies, and general liability. Prior to joining ARFD, Mr. Slamowitz clerked for the Honorable Justice Martin M. Shulman, Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Term, First Department. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Shlomo S. Hagler of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County.
At Emory Law School, Charles was named Top Oral Advocate at the Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques, awarded Dean’s List, and elected Executive Vice President of the Communications & Media Law Practice Society. His article, Adjusting The Dress Code: Implementing Trade Dress Reform to Burgeon User Experience (UX) Protections, was published in the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.
Mr. Slamowitz is an active member of the Public Service Committee of the New York City Bar Association, Committee on Law and Technology of the New York County Lawyer’s Association, and Toastmasters International. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
