Daniel O. Oresajo, Associate
Daniel Oresajo received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Boston University in 2013. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016, where he was a recipient of the Vincentian Scholarship and the Pro Bono Service Award for his pro bono work as a student. While in law school, he participated in St. John’s Bankruptcy Advocacy Clinic, assisting low income residents with filing petitions for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Prior to joining ARFD, Daniel was a Fellow in Quest Diagnostics Legal Department working primarily on mergers and acquisitions as well as medical malpractice defense.
Daniel joined ARFD in 2017 and since, has focused his practice primarily on the defense of complex, high-exposure medical malpractice and general liability matters. He is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey.
