Hilary Sue Macklin, Associate

Hilary S. Macklin received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emory University in 2001. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2004. At Fordham, she was an Associate Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, on the Board of Student Advisors of the Lincoln Square Children’s Law Project and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic. While in law school, she was a Student Law Clerk for the Honorable Helen E. Freedman of the New York State Supreme Court and served as a legal intern at the Office of the District Attorney, Kings County and the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Litigation Bureau. Following law school, Ms. Macklin served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County, where she prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors as part of the Criminal Court, Grand Jury and Narcotics Bureaus. Ms. Macklin joined the Firm in 2008 and is a member of the Toxic Tort litigation team. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
