Lindsay E. DeCarlo

Lindsay E. DeCarlo is a litigation associate, with the focus of her practice on defending complex medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DeCarlo was an associate at a Manhattan litigation firm focusing on high profile pharmaceutical products liability, toxic tort and mass tort actions in both state and federal venues.

Ms. DeCarlo obtained her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida, where she was appointed as college ambassador. She continued on to graduate with her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ms. DeCarlo completed her legal education as a visiting student in residence at New York Law School, where she was placed on the President’s List for her coursework in trial advocacy and legal drafting. Ms. DeCarlo served as a law clerk in Florida’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit, and later worked as a Summer Associate in the Office of the Broward County Attorney where she developed skills in municipal litigation. Ms. DeCarlo remains active in volunteering pro bono services with legal assistance groups serving New York City. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar and the New York State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.

Ms. DeCarlo is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
