Max H. Trembitsky, Associate
Max H. Trembitsky is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, he was a summer clerk for the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division First Department. He also represented indigent individuals convicted of felonies on appeal before the First Department as a selected member of the Cardozo Criminal Appeals Clinic and continued this work as a member of the Legal Aid Society, where he successfully advocated to reverse Supreme Court decisions on behalf of his clients. Additionally, as a member of the Cardozo Healthcare Reform Field Clinic, Max spent time at the Northwell Health Office of Legal Affairs working on key health care issues.
Since joining Aaronson Rappaport, Max’s practice focuses primarily on the defense of complex medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a plaintiff’s civil litigation firm in New York City, where he handled cases through all phases of litigation. He has also successfully defended clients in criminal cases and civil disputes in New York and New Jersey.
Max is fluent in Russian. Prior to law school, he attended Baruch College. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
