Michelle E. Haddad, Associate
Michelle E. Haddad received her B.A. from New York University in Psychology, with a double minor in Business from the Stern School of Business and English and American Literature. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, she was the Managing Editor of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy & Ethics Journal, and participated in the Prosecutor Practicum and Intensive Trial Advocacy Programs. Ms. Haddad also served as a teaching assistant in legal writing and a research assistant for a constitutional law professor.
Following law school, Ms. Haddad worked as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Kings County and Nassau County District Attorney Offices. As an ADA, she brought many jury trials to verdict and handled a wide variety of cases, including sex offenses and homicides, from pre-indictment investigation through sentencing.
At Aaronson Rappaport, Ms. Haddad dedicates her practice to medical malpractice defense litigation, where she defends some of the State’s most prominent hospital systems, physicians, and medical practices.
Ms. Haddad is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
