Olga Aleinik, Associate
Olga Aleinik’s practice focuses on civil complex commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining Aaronson Rappaport, Olga handled commercial litigation and transactional work, representing large corporations and small businesses in matters involving complex contract and intellectual property disputes, alleged violations of state and federal law, and carrying out due diligence, contract drafting, and negotiation of point of sale agreements and servicing and licensing agreements.
Ms. Aleinik also has experience working abroad, including in Seoul, South Korea, where she worked for a leading international law firm on a range of corporate law matters including bankruptcy, international trade, project finance and taxation. She also participated in the ICC Institute masterclass for arbitrators and the ITA seminar on arbitration. Olga grew up in Europe and is fluent in four languages, Russian, German, Ukrainian, and Belarusian, and also has a working knowledge of Polish.
Olga obtained her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Brooklyn College. While in law school, she earned the Archibald Murray Service Award for her work at the Samuel Glushko Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she represented start-up businesses and entrepreneurs in trademark and copyright matters. Ms. Aleinik remains active in the Fordham Alumni community and is a member of New York State and City Bar Associations.
