Rachel D. Hisler, Associate
Rachel Hisler graduated cum laude from New York Law School, where she was a research assistant for Professor Michael Perlin. Rachel was part of the Dana Scholar Honor Program and received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College.
Prior to focusing her practice on medical malpractice defense litigation, she worked for a civil litigation firm handling collection actions and litigation. In her medical malpractice actions, Rachel has represented physicians, physician assistants, other medical professionals and their practices at all stages of pretrial litigation.
Rachel is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the United States Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She has been recognized as one of NY-Metro’s Rising Stars.
