ARFD clients granted summary judgment dismissal in Kings County

ARFD associate Jonathan Tamir, supported by partner Phillip HoSang, Jr., was recently able to obtain summary judgement following a motion filed on behalf of a hospital and three physician assistants in a medical malpractice matter concerning a spinal surgery with fusion. Plaintiff claimed that the hospital and physician assistants were negligent in performing the surgery and that their follow up care caused a spinal fluid leak and buildup.
