Brendan J. Cunningham, Associate

Brendan J. Cunningham graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Public Policy and a minor in Government. He graduated cum laude from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center’s part-time evening program and obtained his Juris Doctor while serving as Chief of Staff to a New York State Assembly Member, a role in which he served for six years.

At ARFD, Brendan’s practice primarily focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation for some of New York State’s most prominent hospitals and physicians.

Brendan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
