Katharine B. Charnay, Associate

Katharine B. Charnay graduated Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors in English. Thereafter, she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was a Pro Bono Scholar as well as a member of the Advocacy Honors Society and the NYC Bar Association Health Law Committee. While in law school, Katharine was a Student Attorney in the Elder and Health Law Clinic, providing legal assistance to low income individuals over the age of sixty.

Prior to joining Aaronson Rappaport, Katharine served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel J. Yablonsky in the Superior Court of New Jersey. At ARFD, Katharine’s practice primarily focuses on medical malpractice defense litigation for some of New York State’s most prestigious hospitals and physicians.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
