Patrick A. Dougherty, Associate

Patrick A. Dougherty graduated from the University at Albany, State University of New York with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity. Thereafter, he earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. While in law school, Patrick interned with the Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office – Special Victims Unit, the Queens County District Attorney’s Office – Homicide Investigations Bureau, and the Albany Law School Family Violence Litigation Clinic.

Prior to joining Aaronson Rappaport, Patrick worked at a matrimonial and family law firm. At Aaronson Rappaport, his practice focuses on asbestos litigation and premises liability.

Patrick is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
