Zachary Murdock, Of Counsel

Zachary Murdock’s practice focuses on complex litigation, land use and municipal proceedings, and appeals. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Aaronson Rappaport, Mr. Murdock was a member of a prominent Long Island firm, with which he was affiliated for over three decades.

Mr. Murdock is a graduate of Stony Brook University (B.A.), and Fordham Law School (J.D.) where he was research assistant for Prof. Michael Martin’s “Evidence” Column in the New York Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Mr. Murdock has an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating and has frequently been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers New York – Metro Edition List (Business Litigation). He has served as a finals judge at the annual Long Island High School Ethics Bowl for thirteen consecutive years. He is an operatic tenor soloist, a multi-instrumentalist, and a recorded songwriter (ASCAP).
