Jordan C. Conger, Associate

Jordan C. Conger received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oregon, and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law. At Pace Law School, Jordan was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and participated several moot court and trial advocacy competitions, including the Pace Law School Grand Moot, where he was awarded Best Brief. He also held various internships and externships with the Westchester County District Attorney, Yonkers Integrated Domestic Violence Court, and Federal Defenders in White Plains, New York, and was a certified law clerk in Ventura County, California, where he assisted in the practice of criminal defense and civil rights litigation.

At ARFD, Jordan practices in the area of medical malpractice defense representing some of New York’s best physicians, hospitals, and medical practices. He also previously practiced in the areas of estate planning and administration and Surrogate’s Court litigation in White Plains, New York.

Jordan is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. Jordan was named in the inaugural Edition of “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America 2021.
