Olga Nikiciuk, Of Counsel
Olga Nikiciuk, Esq., is Of Counsel to ARFD, having joined the firm in 2017. Ms. Nikiciuk brings a wealth of medical malpractice experience with her, having for the past twenty years represented many of the prominent medical providers throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
Ms. Nikiciuk is integrally involved in the defense of physicians and hospitals in complex medical malpractice matters, from inception to verdict. She has skillfully cross examined adverse medical witnesses concerning the most sophisticated topics, in doing so achieving excellent results.
Ms. Nikiciuk also handles all aspects of trial preparation, including preparation of defense and expert witnesses, achieving very successful results for the firm’s clients. She has also obtained favorable dispositions of high exposure cases by virtue of her pre-trial strategies and resolution techniques, including motion practice in highly complex matters.
Ms. Nikiciuk has published articles on risk management issues in New York and is an annual lecturer on the topics of Legal Ethics and Legal Malpractice at the prestigious St. John’s University School of Law, where she is also a member of the University’s CLE Advisory Board. She is also a member of the NY City Bar Association, having served and lectured on behalf of the Product Liability and Tort Litigation Committee and was a CLE on the subject of Products Liability. She was also a member of the Tort Litigation Committees. A strong believer in altruism, Ms. Nikiciuk has been involved for many years in the City Bar’s Pro Bono Program, where she has prepared and executed wills and health care documents in connection with the Elder Law Program.
Ms. Nikiciuk received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, 1999 and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
